Position Description: Floor Manager
Local 130 Seafood, founded in 2014, located at 1305 Memorial Drive, Asbury Park NJ 07712 is a seafood company committed to sourcing and promoting American seafood to its customers across the State of NJ, and the USA. Local 130 is a full service distribution, wholesale and retail business, which has forged partnerships with American docks across the USA to deliver the best and freshest American caught seafood.
Currently, Local 130 operates a distribution and processing house and a retail storefront in Asbury Park NJ. The role ofFloor Manageris as follows:
- Supervise all company fish processing and order preparation.
- Actively manage and record all seafood and packaging inventories on a daily basis.
- Supervise and manage hours of fish processing team.
- Direct drivers during morning order fulfillment.
- Exercise exceptional judgment on fish quality and freshness prior to releasing product to customers.
- Ensure optimal yields are achieved on all fish processing and waste is limited.
- Ensure daily shellfish logs are kept.
- Ensure daily sanitation standards are met.
- Ensure customer specifications are met at all times.
- Can do attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about and become well versed in all aspects of seafood.
- Legally able to work in the USA.
- Strict adherence to Local 130 Drug Free work policy.
- Conformity to Local 130 uniform policy.
- High standard of cleanliness of vehicles during and after use.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and use a dolly.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
