Virtua Homecare is excited to annouce that we are currently hiring for an AVP / Administrator to oversee all Home Health operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall clinical and financial operations of multiple certified agencies within a large healthcare system.
Maintain full responsibility of overall functions of the financial areas and cost controls, adhere to financial and accounting policies and procedure and manage expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner.
Meet or exceed budgeted revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Take action, make decisions and shape team priorities to achieve clinical and operational goals and metrics.
Establish criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level of quality, productivity, and customer service as part of a high reliability organization.
Partner with the preferred network to develop approaches that best position products, services or ideas in the marketplace.
Organize information/data to identify/explain major trends, problems and causes; Compare and combine information to identify underlying issues. Generate actions to achieve short/long-range goals.
Oversight of agency's quality management system in conjunction with the Director of Quality.
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations and the health system’s policies and procedures.
Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements through activities such as participating in State Associations, attending courses and reviewing industry publications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters of Nursing, Health Administration or related field
Minimum of five years in healthcare administration management
Experience with Certified Home Health Agency preferred
Excellent business acumen
Strong knowledge/experience in business management
Experience with budgetary responsibilities including budget development and monitoring.
Outstanding leadership skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent critical-thinking, decision-making and visionary skills.
Experience with collective bargaining units preferred.
Working knowledge of EPIC preferred
