District Office Opening
The Career Sales and Service Division is a distribution channel of America National and our focus is on providing clients and employees with the tools to achieve a better way of life. The right candidate for our district office is highly organized, has an an eye for detail, and provides great customer-service.
Support the needs of the sales force and staff in district office
Provide service to agents and policy holders via telephone calls, emails or in person
Provide administrative support on other projects as needed
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1 year of previous clerical experience, preferred
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced ever-changing environment
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates patience, empathy, diplomacy, ability to adapt style to different audiences, and exceptional customer-service
Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and collaborative team player
