As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts (current) and prospects (new).
Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned territory.
Achieving assigned sales quota.
Proactively assessing, clarifying, validating and developing solutions that address customer needs and coordinate the involvement of all company personnel as required.
Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company goals.
Following the N. Glantz & Son defined sales process to develop and win new business opportunities and maintaining an active, robust sales funnel that meets the expectations of management.
Fully utilizing CRM as our primary commercial platforms in which to manage all sales activities, opportunities and relevant customer interactions.
Displaying efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in pricing, delivery and customer specifications to management to support successfully winning and maintaining profitable business.
Working collaboratively with internal and external teams to support profitable growth.
Creating strong business relationships and engagement with our strategic suppliers to develop and prosecute business plans that result in mutual growth.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by collaborating with suppliers, attending trade shows, attending educational/technical workshops, reviewing professional publications, bench-marking best practices, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university is preferred. A minimum of five years of related sales experience is required with preferred experience in industrial wholesale distribution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be willing and able to travel 80% of the time in and around the greater Brea, CA area.
The ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Possess a valid state driver's license with a good driving record (for all positions that may include driving among the required job duties).
