A Part-time Assistant Analyst provides assistance in the maintenance and standardization of AECC's business processes and data within the company's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push AECC and our mission forward.
Assists with additions and modification of EAMS Entities, Preventative Maintenance Jobs and Activities.
Assists with conducting audits on Entities, Preventative Maintenance Jobs, and Work Orders.
Creates Excel spreadsheets to assist with the upload of procedures and checklists for preventative maintenance programs-entity addition and/or removal.
Assists with supplying Accounting the monthly inventory reports
Assists with documenting EAMS processes by creating desktop procedures, process maps, and reference materials.
The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
High School Diploma or GED and enrolled in a University and in pursuit of a degree such as Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Business or similar related field.
Valid Driver’s License
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
