Full Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience designing Salesforce integrations with external applications.
5 years of design experience with the Salesforce.com API and experience with APEX, SOQL and Lightning development.
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce System Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
4 years of experience managing projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development for sales, marketing and/or support organizations.
Experience completing several Salesforce.com integration and extension projects in technical lead or architect roles.
Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent time management/prioritization skills with ownership of quality in code, security best practices, client/server communication, user experience/user interface.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence cross-functionally.
About the job
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will use your technical aptitude and architecture experience to analyze problems, design elegant and scalable solutions, and move projects from concept to implementation. You will bring an interest in automation, design and architecture, and use your experience working with Salesforce system integrations to demonstrate comfortability with large data volumes. In this role, you will use your Salesforce development and architecture background, and collaborate and consult with cross-functional stakeholders and create technical requirements documentation. You will demonstrate your excellent communication skills as you interact frequently and closely with our stakeholders from around the world and across different functions. You will bring a passion for designing system integrations that utilize good system design principles, are scalable and robust, and leverage the best capabilities of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and the integration technology. Consult with cross-functional teams to define, evaluate, prioritize and improve CRM features and integrations with other systems.
Write and review technical documents, including design, development and revision documents.
Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale.
Provide frequent project feedback and updates as projects develop, including flagging issues and helping to identify possible solutions.
