It is the primary responsibility of the Account Services Supervisor to ensure that projects are produced on time and on budget. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM MIRAGE policies, practices and procedures.
Liaison between clients and advertising agencies.
Supervise team members’ workloads.
Ensure the effective, efficient and correct flow of communication.
Update status reports, agendas and conference reports.
Brief media, creative and research staff on projects.
Execute advertising strategies.
Assist in preplanning of advertising projects at the property level.
Write creative briefs for advertising, naming and collateral.
Provide direction and recommendations to agencies and clients.
Oversee jobs through completion.
Conduct and attend internal and external meetings.
Interface with property representatives.
Open jobs and complete change orders.
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Build client and team relationships.
Typically reports to a manager or director.
Perform other job related duties as requested.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in Advertising or related field.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
