Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional customer experience. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions and measurements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and safe alcohol service practices
- Familiarity with handling food and beverages in compliance with health regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred
