Act as first point of contact for the Weil Foot & Ankle Call Center.
SCHEDULE: Closing shift Monday - Friday 10:30 to 7:00 pm
Handle outgoing and incoming multi-line and multi-language customer care calls
Serve as information desk, including transfer of calls and accepting phone messages
Makes outgoing confirmation and follow up calls for patient appointments
Schedule new leads for appointments by adhering to established scripts and procedures
Makes outbound recall calls to former patients to re-establish patient care
Answers questions from patients and addresses concerns using established scripts and procedures

Accommodates schedule needs of existing patients, including scheduling future appointments and addressing schedule changes
Demonstrate knowledge of services, professionalism and outstanding customer service
Adhere to established procedures for inter-office communication and other guidelines related to the job and the company
Triage inbound calls appropriately. Answer all incoming calls by the second ring.
Meet the daily requirements of 360 minutes and complete at least 95% of call scripts.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum of 1 year experience in health care setting
Minimum of 1 year phone experience
Works well in a team or individually
Contributes to a fact based, "no blame" culture
Ability to complete assignments on a timely manner
Committed to continuous performance improvement
Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
Physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job including but are not limited to: walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, standing, and crouching
