Hope Home Care is a licensed Home Care Agency, we have been servicing New York City's five borough for the past years with our services. We are currently in search for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Human Resource Representative. Below you would find the requirements for this position. Thank You.


1. Must be over 18 years of age.

2. Must be willing to work Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

3. Must have experience in an office setting for at least five years.

4. Must be bilingual, (Spanish highly recommended).

5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt and prioritize in stressful situations.

6. Must be able to communicate freely and effectively with applicants and staff members

7. Must have data entry experience.

8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.


1. Will be responsible for screening applicants inquiry about our services.

2. Will be responsible for timely and efficiently processing new applicants.

3. Will be responsible for ensuring all steps in the hiring process are completes accurately.

4. Will be responsible for conducting orientation with new employees

5. Will be responsible for interviewing applicants
