COOLRAY IS SEEKING ENTHUSIASTIC SALES LEAD GENERATORS FOR OUR HOME DEPOT LOCATIONS.
Coolray Heating and Cooling, Inc., one of Atlanta's industry leaders in heating, cooling and plumbing, is looking for skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Lead Generators.
The ideal Lead Generator [LG] will possess the ability to identify potential air conditioning and heating product purchasers who shop at The Home Depot.
The role qualifies potential customers through open, friendly and engaging dialogue and seeks to establish a sales appointment time.
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy face to face interaction
- Possess a positive and optimistic attitude
- Be a self-starter with outgoing, engaging, conversational personal style
- Be an active listener with the ability to ask open-ended discovery questions of potential customers
- Possess a high level of personal initiative coupled with good communication skills
- Possess an intuitive ability to measure interests of customers, ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for appointment commitment from potential customers.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service/appointment generating experience
- Basic smart phone and computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
