Duties & Responsibilities:
Development, configuration and testing of CPSG Front Office owned tools (MS Access, MS Excel, Python) used for CLO maintenance, including developing new features, simplification, scenario analysis and on-boarding of new CLOs
Defining detailed CPSG business requirements related to Pricing and Risk for implementation into tools or the core CPSG technology stack. Building ‘prototypes/mock ups’ in order to ensure functionality or/and articulate the detailed requirements to COO IT
Identifying weaknesses or areas of improvements in systems and processes to enable automation of CPSG pricing and risk activities
Working with COO IT, Offshore CPSG teams, Loan execution and Loan operation teams to improve systems, controls and accuracy of data around pricing and risk management
Monthly CLO replenishment activities, including verification of Asset events, identifying data issues, verifying CLO replenishment eligibility and generating investor reports
Defining and Developing suite of tests to ensure correct functionality of tools post system releases and tool updates
Developing or improving existing reports and reconciliation tools to ensure accurate data essential for new CLO portfolio construction, monthly CLO replenishments and day to day tasks
Working closely with COO IT to migrate functionality from Front Office owned tools into the CPSG COO IT core systems
CLO documentation review, including assistance in CLO payment calculations
Assist in CLO origination related tasks including portfolio checks to ensure it complies with CLO documentation, obtaining internal approvals and assist in preparing data or analysis requested by potential investors

Experience & Skills:
Pricing and risk expertise, including implementation with Libraries such as DBAnalytics
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Access database, basic VBA, python or/and other programming skills
Able to converse with technology focused teams and understand key components of systems
Excellent Excel skills including extensive use of formulas – comfortable in building ad-hoc excel based tools to assist in day to day tasks
Familiarity with the market for structured credit products and particularly synthetic securitizations of loans
Excellent communication skills and initiative to engage with other teams
Significant attention to detail
Demonstrable problem solving ability; organized with an ability to manage multiple issues
