Key Activities:
- Engage with leads via Virtual/Phone/Zoom independently, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and our offerings.
- Independently design and present proposals to homeowners.
- Independently maintain professional relationships, addressing homeowner needs with empathy.
- Continuously self-improve in sales techniques and industry knowledge.
Expectations for Success:
- Utilize pre-scheduled appointments and supplied leads to meet your own sales goals.
- Maintain the freedom to prospect and set additional appointments to enhance your earnings potential.
Performance Benchmarks:
- Self-Set Goals: As an independent contractor, set your own sales goals. For guidance, a typical successful contractor might aim to achieve around 80 KW of solar installations monthly. These benchmarks are intended as references for potential earnings and personal achievement, not as mandated quotas.
- Contract Continuation Criteria: Continued collaboration is contingent upon meeting mutually agreed upon benchmarks that reflect significant effort and success in sales. Contracts are periodically reviewed based on these performance outcomes. Failure to actively engage and meet agreed-upon benchmarks may result in non-renewal or discontinuation of the contractual relationship.
Requirements
- Must be self-driven and established in the solar sales industry.
- Possession of an HIS license in California; experience in FL, TX, AZ is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in inside solar sales.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Compensation
- Commission-based: Potential to earn between $60,000 and $340,000+ uncapped based on sales.
