The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment by providing administrative support and overseeing daily office activities.
Duties
- Organize and maintain office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Handle payroll tasks and maintain accurate records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately. Make outgoing calls to potential, new & existing customers
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and financial recordkeeping
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.70 - $25.00 per hour
