Junior-Level Management Consultant
Dutch Ridge Consulting Group is seeking a Junior-Level Management Consultant to support our work with a federal client in Washington, DC. This is a Remote position on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis.
As a management consultant, you will support our federal customer in rolling out a redesigned program with targeted change management, communications, and rebranding activities. You will advise the client on how to communicate business process changes to the organization and lead an education and training campaign to socialize new policies and procedures. Responsibilities and duties include:

Writing and updating the organization's policies related to the redesigned program

Documenting new and updated business processes

Communicating and implementing business process changes to stakeholders

Assisting with the development of various presentations, briefing materials, plans, and infographics using Excel and MS PowerPoint

Supporting executive-level meeting facilitation and scheduling, and facilitate new and recurring meetings to build consensus, gain approval on key decisions, and conduct research

Conducting one-on-one and small group interviews to solicit stakeholder feedback

Performing other administrative and management duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of work experience providing mid-level project support within the Department of Justice or other Federal agencies

Experience providing technical writing support to a Federal agency

Experience in policy writing for a Federal agency

Excellent organizational and detail-oriented working style

Ability to create executive-level materials with minimal oversight

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in support of senior government stakeholders

Public Trust clearance or higher
Preferred Skills:
-
Previous management consulting experience with a major management consulting firm
