Job Summary:
The Campus Support Coordinator will serve as a liaison with nationwide location personnel and students. The Campus Support Coordinator will manage course section accuracy in Colleague; track, chart, and report a variety of academic information; and perform general administrative duties. This individual will manage duties in relation to nationwide commencements, location anniversaries, various honor societies and scholarships, and training documentation. This individual will also work in coordination with other staff on various projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage commencement processes and distribute commencement items to nationwide locations and act as liaison for main campus commencement; oversee virtual commencement program; maintain commencement participation data
Serve as a point of contact for the GoArmyEd portal, Academic Institution Portal, and between Admissions department and the Adult Higher Education division with regard to Columbia College students using the GoArmyEd portal
Maintain GoArmyEd portal course and content, including Columbia College specific data within the GoArmyEd portal; manage course section creation, activation, uploads, and course maintenance in Colleague, CC Web, and GAE Portal
Manage honor society memberships including, but not limited to: Sigma Beta Delta, Alpha Chi, Pi Gamma Mu, Alpha Sigma Lambda, Human Services, and Society for Human Resource Management; record honor society memberships, including SALUTE, in Colleague
Coordinate anniversary events for nationwide locations
Assist with course section creation, activation, uploads, and course maintenance in Colleague and on the College website
Support the Assistant Director of Campus Support with coordinating and producing staff training

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of professional experience preferred
The ideal candidate will be results-orientated with excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
