The Guardian Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving Fortune 500 global financial services company. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position.
The Technology Team offers a broad suite of services and delivers innovative solutions in support of Guardian’s growth strategy through infrastructure, applications, and information security used within the Guardian Home Office environment; as well as supporting our Agency employees with access to critical Guardian applications and the required support to facilitate a secure and optimal experience.
- Assist and own being a Wiki Gardener
- Assist with Report Grid Compilation and maintenance
- Report and Application Testing
- Story and Acceptance Criteria Writing
- Report development
- SQL Migration Testing
- AWS Refactoring Testing
- Security Group Review
- Assist with preparing SDLC documentation for Code Deployments
- Assist with Release Notes and Release Communication
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of production releases
- Ownership of a release calendar
- Assist with management of GSC tickets
- Assist with communication of IT outages and upcoming IT changes that impact business
- Project management
