The Association for Talent Development (ATD), is the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. ATD’s members come from more than 120 countries and work in public and private organizations in every industry sector. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the digital marketing and content team. As a marketing analyst, you will have the opportunity to support various ATD’s lines of businesses in ATD such as Membership, Education, Events, and Publications with their digital marketing and analytics needs.
Planning, development, and implementation of ATD’s SEO/SEM strategy.
Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices for ROI maximization.
Develop regular reports on website analytics, focusing on acquisition, usage, and conversion. Data may include analysis of blog and content marketing pages, product pages, landing pages, or e-commerce checkout pages.
Assist the managing of ad campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities and negative keywords for both SEO and SEM campaigns.
Analyze and report on marketing metrics and insights from various marketing channels such as paid, organic, email etc with the capability to benchmark performance.
Work with the BI team to create reports and dashboard as necessary using Tableau or PowerBI
Managing the execution of internal ads on td.org via the Google DFP platform.
Use Optimizely (or similar A/B testing framework) to improve conversion.
Work with the marketing team to create user journeys, list segmentation, A/B tests, email templates etc. in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud email platform.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics latest trends and best practices.
Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
Required Experience and Skills:
4-7 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Experience using a marketing automation platform such as SFMC (preferred), ActOn, Marketo, Eloqua etc.
Experience with a data visualization tool such as Tableau or PowerBi.
Experience managing a SEO and SEM campaign.
Very good understanding of Google Analytics, creating custom reports and segments.
Knowledge of using SEO tools (such as SEM Rush) to monitor keywords and placement.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Social media promotion experience a plus
Excellent project management, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines.
