Responsibilities may include:
Communicate action items to team members in a timely manner.
Maintain internal database system to keep information accurate and up to date. (SiteTraker, FUZE, Quickbase, Ariba)
Responsible for PO tracking and invoicing of milestones of projects, both with accounting and within SiteTraker
Accurately report financial summaries to Project Managers for review and approval.
Coordinate with A&E and Construction vendors.
Maintain orderly records of all documents
Accurate completion of Real Estate to Construction handoff documents
Basic knowledge of the utility/telecom industry with an understanding of pole licensing, attachment agreements, Small Cell attachments and real estate process.
Telecom Industry experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Comfort with Google Earth and ability to learn other mapping applications
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must practice good judgment and take ownership in safety culture
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through to completion
Ability to work independently and/or remotely with limited supervision
Valid driver’s license
Successful candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
