Seeking a personal assistant to manage all facets of business and personal life demands for the CEO of a creative talent management firm.

  • Ideal education level: Bachelor's degree
  • Individual must have at least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, secretary, caregiver or office manager ideally
  • Drivers license with safe driving record a must
  • Open to running a wide range of errands
  • Organized and detail-oriented a must
  • Strong computer skills with familiarity with Excel and Word type programs. Mac OS trained ideally
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to manage children (ages 14, 11, 9)
  • Ability and willingness to care for a dog
  • Physically capable of walking upstairs as office location is a 3rd story walk-up
  • Willingness to occasionally work weekend hours
  • Open to occasional travel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Personal Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)
  • secretarial: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office Management: 2 years (Preferred)
