Reporting to the Account Service Manager, this role will provide administrative support to the Member Service department and professional liability account representatives as it relates to customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of retention and stewardship strategies and objectives
Support assigned professional liability account representatives with administrative tasks related to new business and renewals
Coordinate insurance renewal processes (run reports, review reports for accuracy, and assemble renewal packets/binders)
Enter data into software systems to produce professional liability and NAS (cyber liability) insurance quotes
Contact practice administrators regarding policy renewals to discuss premiums, coverage components, policy enhancements, and additional product offerings
Work in coordination with account representatives to collect application information from prospective customers, and follow-up as necessary to ensure completion
Create policy renewal proposals and information packets
Coordinate, schedule, and oversee 21 Community Board meetings across 12 cities
Assist with special projects as assigned by team members
Maintain prospect/marketing databases (SalesForce) to ensure renewal processes and client correspondence are properly documented.
Maintain the operating processing manual
Run monthly renewal lists
Assists with sales functions as needed

Qualifications:
College degree or 3-5 years equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
Background in property casualty insurance (preferred)
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
P&C Agent license required

Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external audiences
Excellent customer service attitude with ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and display a professional demeanor in spite of stressful situations
Ability to function as part of a team
Ability to preserve confidentiality
