Supports and leads efforts that strengthen the performance of IU Health leaders, providers, and associates to consistently achieve desired patient outcomes and advance system priorities and strategies. Provides expertise in adult learning, outcomes measurement, project management leadership, and change management to drive effective standardization and alignment of learning strategies and processess system-wide. Serves as an internal consultant to system leaders, business units, clinical leaders, and providers, and consults on the design, implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives.
Experience working in a large highly matrixed clinical/business organization is required.
Bachelor's Degree is required in Education (Adult Learning preferred), Organizational/Leadership Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Nursing Leadership/Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience is required.
5-7 years relevant Learning Consultant experience is required.
ICF or other coaching certification from an accredited program is preferred.
Professional Clinical Development Certification (ANCC ex.), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Experiential Learning Certification, and/or other relevant certifications is preferred.
