Experience in writing, public speaking, database (CRM) management, financial management, and demonstrating a track record of making substantial program and organizational impact, as well as building organizational capacity as it relates to fundraising and financial sustainability. And, it is the only mobile simulation program accredited by the Society for Simulation in Health Care in the WORLD! (https://mobilesimmontana.org) If you are up to the challenge, you can be a part of this terrific organization and help it to expand!
SIM-MT, initially funded by the Leona M. and Harry B. Charitable Trust, will have its first executive director and soon a development director. With six Board of Directors and a very involved contractor/partner with a staff of 18 who provide the education, the organization is growing and aims to achieve full self-sustainability in two years. From there, the expansion opportunities are unlimited. The Montana Medical Association, Montana’s premier medical organization, is proud to provide administrative management services and will employ the Executive Director.
