WWE is hiring a Global Strategy Analyst to help tackle some of the biggest questions facing our businesses. Our Global Strategy team works very closely with senior leaders on global strategy and operational initiatives across all our business lines.

For WWE’s business globally, this unique position will explore, develop, and recommend approaches for driving growth, as well as provide analytical support and project oversight to key company initiatives.

This role will be actively involved across the key focus areas for WWE’s Global Strategy team, including but not limited to:

Digitization (driving WWE’s ongoing digital transformation)
Content Optimization (navigating the evolving digital content ecosystem)
Global Growth (expanding and localizing WWE’s business outside the U.S.)
Network (strategizing the roadmap for WWE’s OTT service)
Market Intel (deriving insights and implications from market trends)
Long Term Corporate Strategy (investing to position WWE to win in the future)
This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can bring strong analytical capabilities to a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will help further the business by providing in-depth analyses of key business drivers and recommendations for maximizing performance across WWE’s business globally.

Key Responsibilities

Work within the Global Strategy team to explore, develop and recommend strategies and tactics to support WWE’s corporate priorities
Perform rigorous quantitative (e.g. market analysis, consumer trends, economic conditions, etc.) and qualitative (e.g. case studies, competitive strategies, winning applications etc.) analyses to pinpoint appropriate, practical, strategic and operational recommendations
Define methodologies to support senior management level strategic and operational decisions
Contribute to the definition of analytic approaches and transform information into thoughtful insights regarding recommended direction
Take ownership of presentation development for WWE senior executives
Work closely with several functions including Analytics, Finance, Research, and businesses including Digital, Content Distribution, Consumer Products, Live Events, Global Sales
Effectively build relationships and collaborate with team members across multiple lines of business to both source and distribute key data elements
Share ownership of WWE Global Strategy’s operational tools and repositories
Conduct ad-hoc projects for senior management
Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in strategic consulting at a top firm – alternately, experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar analytically-intensive industry
Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry – a background in Digital Media, OTT / DTC distribution a plus
Relevant International experience a plus
Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent ‘hard-skills’ field (mathematics, economics, statistics, etc.)
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
Strong strategic problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize issues and analysis
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to build rigorous, fact-bases that support recommendations to company management
Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills – ability to effectively deal with competing priorities, work in a high-paced environment, and communicate to Senior Executives on a regular basis
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback and coaching from peers and managers, with desire to learn and grow rapidly
Expert-level capabilities in both Excel and PowerPoint
Flexible work schedule based on business needs
