Full Job Description
Responsible for managing bribery and corruption risks. Ensures that all related anti-bribery policies, standards, and practices are effectively implemented and followed by the business. Assists with preparing and following up for compliance testing, internal audits, and other third-party, onsite examinations. Coordinates corrective actions in response to regulatory and/or internal findings. Partners with compliance to complete annual risk assessments. Collects management information and statistics for business unit anti-bribery reporting. Provides guidance to the business units when interacting with government officials.
The Anti-Corruption Shared Services;(ACSS) team is responsible for overseeing and administering the Company's Anti-Bribery and Insider Trading Policies.
Compiles and develops content for presentations to senior leadership.; Supports the business in operationalizing legal and regulatory requirements.
As Anti-Bribery Subject Matter Expert, communicates and collaborates with business partners in the first line of defense regarding bribery risks and controls.
Ensures bribery and ethics issues are brought to the attention of senior compliance professionals.
Manages due diligence efforts on third parties to identify bribery risks, identifying red flags and evaluating the anti-bribery programs of the Company's third parties.
Assists the ACSS governance team in evaluating the adequacy of business policies, procedures, training and reference materials, system and manual processes, and provides support for research of regulatory requirements.
Manages enhancement programs designed to mitigate bribery risks and strengthen the internal control environment to mitigate bribery and corruption risk.
Analyzes expense reports for potentially suspicious transactions and escalates to senior management when required.;
