Project Manager FacilitiesCAET Project Management Consultants, LLC (CAET PMC) is looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience in facilities and/or the signage industry. The PM will manage the execution of multiple installations and construction projects varying in size, scope, and schedule for corporate clients. Responsibilities include managing furniture and global signage installations to support re-branding efforts.

Project Manager Essential Functions

Manage signage project installation components including:
Supervise contractors
Review and manage schedules for manufacturing and installation
Obtain and track job detail information
Provide quality assurance and quality control through site inspections upon completion of installation
Oversight and hands-on involvement so that projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner
Travel, both international and domestic
Maintain a master database and schedule of all locations and their status in the implementation process, as well as provide completion photos for all projects
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Must be detail oriented, understand brand guidelines and how to read construction documents
Have experience reviewing artwork/scope of works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong business acumen and practical approach to problem solving
Must be proactive, quick thinking, and ultra-organized
Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
Skilled communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with team members both internal and external
A problem solver who can manage complex, and sometimes contradictory, information to effectively solve problems, including interpersonal conflicts
Results-oriented team player who is eager to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
A good decision maker, with proven success of making timely decisions that keep the project moving forward
Ability to see the big picture while remaining attentive to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced matrix environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Competent with standard business technology and applications (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Adobe DC)
Education & Experience
4-year college degree or equivalent, required
Master’s degree, preferred
Project Management Profession (PMP) certification, preferred
Minimum of 7 years’ experience working with facility management
Physical Activity/Other Miscellaneous
Ability to work outside of standard business hours
Ability to travel to up to 95%, including international locations
