Distribution Support Coordinator

  • Complete day to day assistance and support for the North America Distribution Support Services This individual will work in partnership with Distribution Support Services Organization staff to provide:
  • Daily Transactional Support
  • Receipt of Finished Good Materials
  • Collaborate and communicate with packagers and warehouses within global network to schedule incoming material.
  • Obtain required documentation from multiple sources coming from the following:
  • Packager/Out of US Packager
  • Hub/Depot
  • Create receipt files and manage transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel
  • Shipment of Finished Good Materials (Domestic and International)
  • Order management
  • Confirm shipments in CTWIN warehouse management system
  • Track/confirm/receive Proof of Delivery
  • Track/confirm/receive Acknowledgement of Receipt
  • Communicate with carriers and hubs/depots to facilitate shipment activities
  • Author required documentation (e.g., Clinical Trial Material Readiness Confirmation, Wood pallet declaration, GMP storage declaration, etc.)
  • Obtain required documentation from multiple sources
  • Create shipping shipping files and manage transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel
  • Schedule international shipments and undeliverable returns
  • Manage group email boxes and process data and requests
  • Reporting
  • Daily Pending Shipments Report
  • Daily Confirmed Shipments Report
  • Dailing Oustanding Proof of Delivery ReportOversight Reports – Ran as requested by Management
  • Reports must be uploaded into collaboration site daily
  • Investigator Initiated Trial Reorder Process – must be processed within 48 hrs.

Basic Requirements: 4 year college degree· Experience with inventory management, distribution and logistics – preferably Clinical Trial· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines· Ability to build collaborative working relationships · Working knowledge of cGMP and cGDP requirements· Critical thinking and problem solving skills · Good written and verbal communication skills · Learning agility and self management skills· Ability to learn a variety of IT systems (e.g. CT Win, Regulus, Excel tools)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $52,000.00 /year
