What You'll Do/Need (Job Summary): Overall purpose of this position is to provide depth to the Sales Department by enhancing our ability to best serve our customer’s needs and providing a superior customer experience. Depth to this Department is having the initiative to handle customer issues solve problems with orders and manage the timely processing of orders for on-time delivery. Taking responsibility for these items to help reduce the time spent on these issues by Sales. Being able to resolve customer issues requires a good understanding of our processes and the correct personnel to speak to regarding specific issues.
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
Check and re-check new orders in order entry process
Maintain sales orders requiring back orders
Handle customer request for paperwork, order status updates, or other questions that may arise in the processing of customer orders
Collect Information and correlate in weekly and monthly report for priority customer—(Concierge Accounts)
Write up RMAs and credit memos
Providing order information to Outside Salesperson
Monitoring orders and resolving any issues to provide the best on-time delivery capable to our Customers
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required)
High School Diploma/GED required College Degree desired
Positive Work Ethic & Culture
Fluent in Microsoft Windows, works, word, excel & outlook
Moderate math skills required
Excellent verbal, written & communication skills required
Punctuality and attendance

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No travel required.
