As a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist, you will provide the first point of contact and exceptional customer service to associates via multiple channels, including phone inbound/outbound calls, online chat, email, walk-ins, ticketing system, and automated process flows within various solutions. You will be responsible for investigating and providing guidance and resolution regarding HR policy-related questions, as well as escalating situations as necessary. Human Resources Shared Services Specialists are expected to document issue resolution thoroughly and in a timely manner. You will also get the opportunity to educate associates regarding resources available to them, process transactions and requests for onboarding, internal movement, offboarding and document management, and resolve associate inquiries.

Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 2 years of call center or phone support work experience
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
