Workday Report Developer

Workday wizard wanted! Uline needs an analyst to develop advanced Workday reports to support our Human Resources department.

Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

Develop and modify advanced reports for internal human resources and managers using Access, Excel, and Workday Report Writer.

Collaborate with Workday users to outline reporting requirements.

Identify and execute process improvement strategies for HR groups like Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting.

Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports.

Partner with Workday Security team to maintain Uline’s data and privacy standards.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

2+ years of Workday Report Writer experience.

Workday PRISM, BIRT, and composite reporting experience preferred.

SQL knowledge a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
