VIATEQ Corporation is hiring an Experienced Web Services IdM Connector/API Developer to support our federal client. This is a full-time opportunity with VIATEQ.

Responsibilities
Responsible for any customization or advanced configuration of functionality not available through out of the box workflows, connectors, and processes.
Uses a provided data model and API SDK to develop custom provisioning connectors to endpoint program applications and oversee the development of connectors by the less experienced members of the team.
Follows the assigned connectors through the entire SDLC, which will entail unit testing and validating all development and integration items, migrating integrations/solutions between the various environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, and PROD), and support for test activities and operational issues.
Responsible for developing solutions for any IdM application system issues reported with the environment or solution during testing or operations.
Completes development of the program application provisioning connectors as, described in the IdM requirements specification, which may include connectors for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Genesys, Tableau, assigned Adobe Connect and the ATS identity feed, and other applications as identified in the requirements specification.
Responsible for implementation and support of the web services self-service solution to meet the needs for password resets on the program endpoint applications and other self-service functions as required to meet the IdM application system requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, plus 5-10 years of experience working as a software developer, application developer, or otherwise programmer specific focus.
High School Diploma or GED, plus 8-10 years of experience working as a software developer, application developer, or otherwise programmer specific focus.
2+ years’ experience in Identity Management installation, customization, and development.
2+ years SailPoint Identity Management system experience PREFERRED
2+ years web services application installation and support
2+ years’ experience with developing RESTful APIs
2+ years’ experience with relational databases
1+ years in connector development using SAML, SOAP, HTML
1+ years’ experience with a self-service password reset application that interfaces with MS Active Directory and other applications
3+ years programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C+/+
2+ years supporting an MS Active Directory SSO environment
Expert understanding of system software design and development methodologies, and full lifecycle implementation experience
Multi-platform experience (Windows / Unix).
Experience with COTS product integration.
Ability to produce specifications for deliverables to satisfy established software requirements
Expert Understanding of the authentication and authorization model used by a provisioning endpoint such as Active Directory, LDAP, or an SQL database
Comprehension of multi-tier architectures.
Familiarity with encryption standards and methodologies.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, MS Project
2+ years SQL database development and support
2+ years MS Windows application development and support
Experience with identity management systems and provisioning
Understanding of FISMA controls and NIST security standards
ETL development experience
Comfortable working with all levels of management in a government contractor organization
