Empower Adventures Tampa Bay, LLC (“EATB”) is a zip line adventure park in Oldsmar, Florida. EATB is a state of the art adventure recreation facility located in the Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve and consists of a 20-acre aerial zip line course, aerial adventure park and more! In addition to recreational adventures, EATB also offers team building, team bonding adventures and leadership development programs.


This position is responsible for running all day-to-day functions of the office: taking reservations over the phone, responding to voicemails and emails, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, Office Administrators are responsible for conducting various administrative tasks under the the direction of the Operations Coordinator and Operations Manager. The position requires solid interpersonal skills along with a “can do” attitude. The candidate will be someone who is self-starting, energetic and focused who embraces increasing responsibility and challenge.   • Willing to work in a fun yet challenging outdoor environment
  • Willing to learn and receive coaching on the Empower version of customer service and hospitality
  • Understands empowerment and the benefits of adventure and would be excited about the opportunity to help others have fun and experience Empower Adventures
  • Understands the need for a positive tone when communicating. Is able to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas to supervisor and management
  • Can be a trustworthy and reliable worker who always considers the impact of one’s words and actions on our guests and clients and teammates


  • At least 1 year working in a customer service industry
  • At least 6 months of providing customer service over the phone
  • Ability to hustle for 8 hours or more and have a fun, positive attitude doing so
  • At least 18 years old
  • Accepts the challenge of working outside and providing a helping hand to teammates on a regular basis
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Documents or other comparable web-based cloud-computing application
  • At least 1 year of experience working with diverse clientele
  • Must have the potential and ability to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
  • To assist the operation, must be able to complete full zip line guide training
  • Ability to walk, stand, be on your feet for 3 hours at a time
  • Must have the ability to perform guide tasks and safety tasks up to 70 feet in the air
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. of weight and hike 3 miles per day
  • Must have strong self-care skills
  • Must be Drug Free
  • Previous experience in office administration prefered, but not required
