The Marketing Strategy Manager contributes to AHF's mission by helping the Director of Marketing to identify marketing opportunities to better serve the company and community. You will contribute to AHF's mission by acting as a liaison between AHF Media and other departments.

The Manager is crucial in helping Marketing create and maintain campaigns, clear action plans and marketing strategies for multiple business lines and departments, given often ambiguous issues with numerous interdependencies, developing strategies and tactics in order to achieve business goals and strategic objectives. Though planning, development and execution, the Manager is crucial in helping Marketing, as well as other departments, plan and strategize current and upcoming projects.

Through project management skills and tools, ensures that all projects are deliveed on-time, within scope and within budget. Manages priorities and timetables in the department to help the department be more productive and effective. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive media strategies and multi-platform marketing/media schedules and campaigns, for enhancement of program cultivation and reviews and analyzes recap reports. You will interface and support other AHF departments and partners as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years project management experience, required. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and possess excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suites including data management and analyses as well as fluent in monday.com systems.
