We’re searching for a highly qualified Program Manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The Program Manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is achieved. Experience in Fine Art fabrication or consumer products prototyping is a bonus but is not required.
Position Summary:
The Program Manager will ensure that assigned project-based programs adhere to established schedules, specifications, and budgets. This position will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that company’s goal of innovation is achieved. Provides high-level support for executive management including calendar management and sucessful coordination of business meetings.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Liaise with managers and employees to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
- Create, coordinate, and manage jobs in Time Camp. Making sure employees are clocking into the proper jobs at the correct times.
- Coordinate the operation of departments to confirm that assigned projects are completed according to the specifications, budgets and timelines.
- Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the projects.
- Regularly communicates with management regarding the project’s status and any problems or potential problems.
- Generates quotes, sales orders, work orders, packing slips and coordinate shipments of projects.
- Close job or working orders.
- Work with Accounting Manager to make sure all jobs that are active are correctly entered in QuickBooks. Notify Accounting Manager when jobs are complete and ready to be invoiced.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall performance and achievement of milestones.
- Serve as a point of communication between company teams and external resources.
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts/agreements, etc.).
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

Education/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· Professional Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
· 3 + years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager or related experience is required.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
