Job Description: Responsibilities may include (but not limited to): screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, coordinating and conducting meetings, preparing reports, preparing financial data, training and supervising other support staff, enforcing office rules set by management, and providing positive customer interactions.

Managing Time Cards and Record Keeping
Asset Inventory (Parts and Local Asset) and supervision of part personnel
Ticket Management including Ticket completion and Warranty Claims
