Our client is a care-oriented service provider who is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner that can help take the organization to the next level. The executive director is looking for a true HR partner who can help implement a change culture, in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment.
Qualified Candidates will have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
6+ Years' Experience in Human Resources within Senior Living, Hospitality or PEO industry
Certified as PHR or SHRM-CP.
Have a passion for creating a culture that embraces change, truly values employees and can work with employees at all levels within the organization.
Agile in being able to move quickly from developing strategy to administration tasks to employee relations.
Excited about being a resource to others within the organization
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS and CRM systems
Assist client in developing HR systems aligned with the employee life cycle, recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
Provide core HR functions such as performance appraisal, compensation evaluations, best management practices, succession planning, leave management, training and development.
Conduct needs analysis with leadership team, complete annual audit to assess compliance and strategic needs.
Conducts investigations and provides summary of findings and recommendation to client.
Conducts new manager/supervisor orientations on compliance issues.
Makes recommendations and assists with the performance of Aureon formal training programs, such as harassment and management best practices.
Provide advice to and tools for client on termination process best practices and monitors and analyzes trends in turnover and other key employment metrics.
Assists client managers and other supervisors with Associate discipline and corrective action, hiring, promotion and discharge techniques to promote satisfactory Associate relations in which to reduce the probability of future unjust discharge or discrimination claims. Uses discretion to determine if review of written documentation prior to disseminating to the Associate is needed.
Assist leadership team with the development of business strategy and human capital engagement.
Responsible for annual renewal process and employee meetings.
Travel is a regular expectation of this position. HR Business Partner must be willing and able to travel regularly to the client home office and other locations as requested.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
Travel: Up to 30%
