Senior Low Voltage Technician (Landscape Lighting)

JOB DESCRIPTION
In addition to being part of a fun, energetic, fast-growing company, you will be responsible for bringing lighting designs to life, addressing common installation challenges and troubleshooting of systems. This Senior Field Service Technician position requires someone with technical/trade experience who is a self-starter and can lead others on the job site. SALARY
$45k-$60k annually, DOE
Annual bonus
Sales commission when applicable
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Locate transformers / determine best route for wire runs to reduce impact to client's landscape
- Install low-voltage equipment in landscape areas, on residences or in outdoor living spaces
- Troubleshoot existing systems and provide recommendations to fix the system
- Educate clients about additional products and services available, provide system orientation
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Provide direction to Installers when applicable
- Ensure company service vehicle is well-stocked and organized
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical/vocational training and/or experience
- Has worked outside year-round, able to lift up to 50 pounds and work from a ladder when necessary
- Driver's license with good driving record
- Above-average technical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable leading / directing others and interacting with clients
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, proactive
- Proficiency with scheduling software on both PC and mobile phone
