Located in Natick, MA our Gallagher Affinity team specializes in affinity/loyalty marketing and its related member benefit programs. Our team is focused on the development of strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, product providers, and vendors, who strive to make for the best in affinity marketing to hundreds of clients, representing over 20 million consumers and businesses worldwide.
How will I contribute to the business?
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will build client relationships and advance sales revenue through marketing and world-class customer service. You will maintain client and partner relationships, create and implement the details of marketing plans, and execute/facilitate marketing campaigns across multiple programs and all channels including direct marketing, digital, and print mediums.
We foster a collaborative environment where you will work with external clients and internal partners on a regular basis to develop and execute customized marketing plans
You will oversee development of creative content across all marketing channels including both online and print media, direct mail, promotional, and social media
We will rely on your expertise to launch, implement, and maintain programs with new and existing clients
We will expect you to monitor and maintain regular sales metrics for multiple clients
We work together with marketing and graphic design to build content and craft captivating campaigns that will stand out and drive sales
We encourage tight-knit relationships built on trust with a variety of constituencies: from clients, partners, vendors to your internal teams.
Expertly network to grow business relationships internally and externally and look for new opportunities to expand business relationships.
You will independently manage 35-70 accounts
We will trust you to maintain marketing calendars by account and program across all channels
You will have the ability to cross-sell new products and services to existing clients

Do I have what it takes to be considered?
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing/Business.
1-3 years of experience with account/program management, marketing, and/or sales. Emphasis on agency, direct channels, and client management experiences.
