Pineapple Hospitality is a rapidly expanding boutique hotel management company. We are looking for team members who are all about providing outstanding guest service—this is hospitality after all. We’re fun, a little quirky, and always striving to get better (that’s where you come in). Currently we have ten hotels in six states, with plans to continue growing. If you want to be part of a far-from-stuffy company with lots of opportunities, this may be the place for you.
Who We’re Looking For:
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER FOR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELLEVUE, WA.
Around here, we’re people-people. In fact, there’s nothing we value more than our team. Our Senior HR Manager will have a strong Benefits and HR management background. She/He will work closely with our hotels at multiple Seattle locations in handling personnel related matters such as: oversight of Benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance. We’re fanatical about maintaining a happy working environment where everyone is appreciated and supported. (Imagine that.) You’ll partner with operational leaders to ensure this standard is being upheld company-wide.
What You Bring:
So in addition to being an all-around great person who adds to our dynamic and fun environment, we’re looking for a few important skills:
Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of Benefits management experience and 5 HR experience, preferably in the hospitality realm. You must be detail-oriented, highly organized and flexible, a great communicator and have the ability to adjust to all levels of the organization. Multi-unit hospitality experience is a big plus. This position is located at our Staypineapple HQ office in Bellevue, WA. This is a desk job (we’ll get you a comfy chair) and requires sitting in close proximity to other team members. We’re a cozy bunch.
When You’re Here:
The hospitality business never sleeps (though our guests do quite well). To make sure everything runs smoothly around the clock you must be outstanding at time management, planning and organizing, decision-making and problem solving. You may have to work the occasional evening, weekend or holiday. But there’s a great upside: In exchange for your hard work we offer excellent pay, hotel discounts, F&B discounts and the opportunity to be part of an anything-but-standard growing hotel company.
