ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise and influence managers on key organizational and leadership concerns
Develop recruiting plans in areas with significant gaps
Utilize employee satisfaction survey results and talent assessment portfolios to develop retention action plans
Coach leaders on effective usage of documentation and formal plans
Provide coaching to grow the leadership influence in field management roles
Enroll high potential leaders into the Victra Succession Plan
Facilitate employee development training

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

You should have at least 3 years demonstrated experience in strategic coaching. You should also have the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Accordingly, we are looking for you to bring the following:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills, including influencing leaders and the ability to make the tough call when the call needs to be made
Highly collaborative style with a willingness and proven ability to work in teams, as both a lead and a supporting team member
Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
Bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day
