Description:
We are seeking a Full-time Office Manager to support our treatment center's
daily functions and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Billing: The OM is responsible for tracking client attendance and updating
the billing system, coding appointments, generating client invoices, collecting
payments, collections, processing payments, make deposits, and other various
tasks.
Manage Phone Lines: The OM is responsible for answering phone calls,
providing requested information, confirming appointments, set appointments, and
check messages to return calls immediately.
Customer Relations: The OM is responsible for greeting everyone at the
center, maintaining good rapport with clients and other customer relation
activities which includes new and existing clients.
Office & Treatment Center Appearance: The OM is responsible for the
appearance of the waiting room, administrative work area, and the OM’s area as
well as the overall appearance of the Treatment Center.
Other Various Administrative Duties: inventory, staff paperwork,
plan/implement events, monitor budgets, tracking petty cash, vendors, client and
staff lists, mail, taking meeting notes, payroll, staff token system, safety,
and more.
