Department: Due Diligence
Location: Downtown Austin, TX
Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP, the largest locally owned and managed accounting firm in the greater Austin area, known for the exceptional work-life balance offered to its employees, is seeking talent to assist with its due diligence services (quality of earnings analysis) provided to private equity groups.
Since the inception of the firm's transaction services team in 2010, Maxwell Locke & Ritter has worked with dozens of private equity sponsors and corporate acquirers on transactions ranging from $10 to $300 million. Our due diligence team works with private equity firms nationally and has a specialization in working on software target companies.
Maxwell Locke & Ritter has a strong history of promoting within – 20 of 22 current partners were promoted to partner after demonstrated success at the firm.

1-3 years of transaction services due diligence experience
2+ years of audit experience
Experience writing Quality of Earnings reports
Experience with computing tools such as Alteryx
CPA or CFA certification
Strong accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including graphs and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
Strong technical writing skills
BBA, MPA or MBA a plus
