Responsible for performing unique and innovative research/POCs and software development.
Innovative Research: Student employees to perform unique and innovative research/POCs and software development. Ranges from researching and developing in new software tools, researching new technologies that Discover could leverage in the future, building out applications to be used as part of the NIU program including student knowledge base and checking into the lab.
Collaborates within an agile team: Student employees will be grouped into 4-6 agile teams. These teams will incorporate many of the agile and DMS principles needed to be successful at Discover, including huddles and problem solving.
Present Research Finding: Student employees will present the research/POC finding and demonstrate the software development. Creates and presents a PP presentation for NIU peers, program manager and other DFS management.

H.S. Diploma or GED with a major in Computer Science
