Seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to work at our customer service-centered location. Must be organized, self-motivated, energetic, excellent communication skills and possess good attention to detail
- Greet patients; check patients in, pre-testing patients and check out
- Schedule patient appointments; ensure smooth flow
- Obtaining insurance authorizations // eligibility // copay
- Process payments and enter patient data into software
- Answer all calls, oversee voicemail, messages, email
- Assist patients with eyewear selection and adjustments
- Recommending lenses, coatings and frames to suit customers’ needs
- Educating customers on how to wear and maintain glasses and contact lenses.
- Placing, receiving and recheck laboratory orders
- Performing administrative duties, such as managing prescriptions, customer records, and insurance
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
