Total Rehab Kids is currently seeking a full-time medical office runner for our upper valley locations, i.e., Mission, Edinburg, Pharr, and surrounding areas.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the marketing representative with daily delivering and collecting of medical documents at physician offices
- Maintaining accurate records of deliver and pick up dates
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calling physician offices to check status of medical documents
- Clerical duties such as faxing, scanning, filing, and copying
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Computer skills, including: spreadsheets, data input
