ExperienceCare Specialty Pharmacy is looking to hire dependable and reliable staff to assist us in continuously providing the best customer service in the pharmacy field. We need a Bilingual (English & FLUENT Spanish) individual that is ready to strive for excellence. Training will be provided to be able to perform your duties in the best way possible.
These duties include; but aren't limited to:
· Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify patient information.
· Greet customers warmly and address problem or reason for calling.
· Conducts patient enrollment
· Suggest solutions when a problem arises.
- Calling doctor's offices regarding prescriptions requested by patients
- Calling patients regarding their prescription request
- Taking Incoming doctor/nurse calls
· Perform other duties as assigned or needed
· Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
· Adapt to changes in policies or renewals.
· Working as a team to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Bilingual (FLUENT in English AND FLUENT in Spanish)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional, patient and respectful at all times
- Punctual and Reliable
- High School Diploma, 1+ years of Customer Service
-No certification of any kind is necessary for position
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (With a 30 min lunch)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
