Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in our fun but fast-paced office. Being a people person with a good sense of humor is a must. Your role is to create and maintain a streamlined work environment that is both organized and communication driven by multitasking, improvising, and managing expectations. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, ordering office supplies, greeting clients and providing general administrative support to our employees. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, CRM software, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and enhance client interactions.


  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Serve as the point person for office duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, shopping
  • Phone interaction with prospective and current customers
  • Schedule client meetings and appointments
  • Customer reminder calls/emails
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires and clients
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences


  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • High School degree, certifications will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 /year
