Are you known for your extraordinary leadership, communication, analytical and customer relationship skills? Does building something rather than taking on something that exists excite you? In this highly visible role, you will partner with the senior leadership team to oversee and lead strategic, operational and financial initiatives and projects that are critical to the success of the portfolio vision and mission.

Working across business unit lines and divisions, you'll participate in diverse assignments that are meaningful to the growth of the business. You will lead, and participate in, cross-functional projects including current run-the-business initiatives, new business ventures, client projects, and business partnerships. You'll have access to senior leadership in the organization.

n this role, you can expect to:
Lead overall portfolio execution – refine existing and establish new operating processes, tools and standards
Build and execute standard, repeatable operating rhythm and cadence
Manage high impact strategic initiatives for the team which are critical for the ongoing success (project plans, tasks, timelines, resourcing, interdependencies).
Develop performance metrics, dashboards and management reporting.
Develop summary level presentations for executives
Lead the collection, organization and retention of performance-related data to ensure that information needs are fully met and that useful archives exist to facilitate retention of critical operational, financial and performance information for research and analysis purposes

Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor’s degree
5 or more years of experience in leadership-related roles
Experience with matrix organizations consisting of cross-functional processes and teams
Experience in driving large-scale change efforts
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills: ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders/customers across Fiserv, to maximize program effectiveness and influence
Experience interacting with all levels of an organization especially senior-level audience
Ability to travel 15-20% domestically

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Experience in the financial services/insurance industry, with understanding of trends, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters
Experience leading in an environment of transformation
Experience working in a dynamic, global, high-functioning environment
