Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
Greet customers as they arrive and guide them through the application process.
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
Contact customers daily from our lead system.
Assist customers in choosing the perfect vehicle.
Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
Follow up with clients on a regular basis.
Grow your business through personal promotion on social media and at local events.
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
Strong desire to “assist the customer”.
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
Quality customer service skills.
Good sales and/or customer service track record. Auto sales history is preferred, but not required.
Possess strong communication skills.
Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic.
Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
Computer literate and have basic math skills.
