Private financial planning company (estate planning & asset management) and full lines insurance agency is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant that is proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Duties to include but not limited to; social media management (LinkedIn & Facebook), phone reception, invoicing, appointment setting, calendar maintenance, transcribing, CRM system maintenance, and customer service.
Must be able to speak and write English fluently as a first language, multi-task and have a pleasant and professional demeanor.
